As the old saying goes, everything is bigger in Texas — even the real estate.

Last week, the popular online real estate website Zillow unveiled its list of the “most favorited” home listings per state for 2017. Topping the list for the Lone Star State with 4,459 favorites is a $24 million mega-mansion located at 10711 Strait Lane in Dallas.

Built in 2003, the spacious 37,000-square-foot home sits on 4.4 acres and is just 10 minutes away from downtown Dallas in the upscale Preston Hollow neighborhood. Amenities include a whopping 10 bedrooms, 11 full baths, nine half baths and three dining areas, plus a 10-car garage that opens up to a courtyard.

For those who love to entertain friends and family, the Caribbean resort-style estate has a lot to offer for its hefty price tag. Not only does it boast a bowling alley, tennis court, movie theater and two basketball courts (indoor and outdoor), but it also features a resort-style pool with your own water park and interactive lazy river.

The three-story home, which was designed by architect Robbie Fusch, is listed with Allie Beth Allman and Associates for the reduced price of $23,950,000.
