BPD Polar Plunge with Special Olympics starting Saturday at 8:30 a.m. The polar plunge is 9 a.m. at the Bedford Center YMCA. Special Olympics Texas and the Bedford Police Department partner to host the event for the third time.

Paws to Read at Colleyville Public Library: Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to noon, kids can bring a book to read to a dog from the Heart of Texas Therapy Dog program.
