Lady Gaga adds Arlington’s Globe Life Field to summer ‘Chromatica Ball’ tour schedule
Lady Gaga is playing 14 stadium shows on the planet this summer, including Arlington.
The multi-talented performer will play Globe Life Field on Aug. 23 as part of “The Chromatica Ball” summer stadium tour. It’s one of nine North American stops. She’ll play six shows in Europe, including two dates in London on July 29-30.
The North American tour starts Aug. 6 at Rogers Centre in Toronto.
Lady Gaga released her GRAMMY-winning “Chromatica” album in 2020 but the tour was delayed because of the COVID pandemic.
Shows had been scheduled in multiple cities before the pandemic, but eight more have been added to the rescheduled tour, including Arlington. Tickets go on sale March 14 at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets for the rescheduled shows, including in Toronto, East Rutherford, Chicago and Boston are on sale now. Previously-purchased tickets for those shows remain valid.
Each of those shows in the United States will contribute $1 from each ticket sold to Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation. The foundation is “committed to supporting the wellness of young people and working with them to build a kinder and braver world,” according to a press release.
Citi cardmembers have access to presale tickets beginning at 10 a..m. Tuesday through 5 p.m. Friday (local time in each market). For details on the Citi presale visit www.citientertainment.com.
