Josh Weathers to perform rare solo set for November benefit
The sight (and sound) of Josh Weathers in concert is a rare one indeed these days.
Much of the singer-songwriter’s time is bound up in the Hope Home and his “Love Like You Mean It” non-profit initiative, which, together with his wife, Kady, focuses on building awareness and orphanages on the other side of the world, near Hyderabad, India.
But, given his inclination to help out those in need, Weathers is making a special solo appearance Nov. 10 at Fort Worth’s River Ranch, performing at the second annual “Feast in the Fort” benefit for the Parenting Center Fort Worth.
Individual tickets for the benefit dinner and live auction, which will be emceed by Pam Minick and feature special guest Tuff Hedeman, start at $225, while general admission tickets for Weathers’ solo performance are $45 each.
Tickets for the dinner and concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, via the Parenting Center’s website.
