Paul Anthony Kelly Sparks Buzz with New Look in ‘American Horror Story'

Paul Anthony Kelly is turning heads with a bold new blonde look in the first glimpse of his role in season 13 of “American Horror Story.”

In the first look photos shared on Instagram, the “Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette” star, 37, trades his signature dark locks for a wavy blonde look in the FX horror series. He is also seen wearing a burgundy suit and matching tie, accented with a snake-shaped pin.

“First look: @ofishalpak joins the AHS Family,” Ryan Murphy Productions captioned the post.

Fans quickly took to the comments section to react to the actor’s transformation, with one writing, “Oh, we will be watching Blonde Paul 🔥🔥”

“He looks good in dark hair AND blonde hair!? 😍” another commenter wrote and a third added, “This is everything to me.”

“That stray curl knows what it's doing,” another fan commented.

Although details about Kelly’s character remain under wraps, he is set to star alongside Sarah Paulson, Billie Lourd, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, Gabourey Sidibe and Leslie Grossman in the upcoming season of the hit series. Ariana Grande and Joey Pollari will also join the cast.

Following the success of “Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette,” it was announced at The Walt Disney Company’s Upfront presentation in May that Kelly would be starring in “American Horror Story” season 13.

Later that month, he shared his excitement about joining the franchise in an interview with Deadline.

"It feels pretty good to be joining such a storied series," he said at the time. "They're on their 13th season now and word on the street is they're bringing back a lot of the previous cast. So I am incredibly excited to go to work and play with some people I've been looking up to for a very long time."

"It's going to be cool and spooky and scary and all the good things," he added.
