Country, comedy and foam parties: What’s happening this weekend in North Texas

The summer clock might be ticking toward fall, but North Texas is still in full swing when it comes to weekend fun.

From foam-filled dance parties to romantic bolero ballads, spooky summer markets to rooftop socials, there’s no shortage of ways to spend the next few days.

Whether you’re looking for family-friendly festivals, date-night concerts or just a reason to get out and explore, Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas each have their own lineup ready to go.

Friday, Aug. 15th

Randy Rogers & Pat Green

Two Texas country powerhouses share the stage at Billy Bob’s for a night of heartfelt lyrics and high-energy hits. This reserved seating show is open to ages 18+ and promises an evening of Lone Star pride and singalong favorites. Green also just recently raised more than $1 million for Central Texas flooding victims at a show at Globe Life.

Southside Summerween Pop-Up Market

Part Halloween celebration, part summer block party, this unique evening market serves up spooky art, live bands, food trucks and a costume contest. It’s perfect for horror fans and families alike. You never know what surprises you’ll find among the vendor booths.

Dancing Nights at Sundance Square

Warm up with a free salsa and bachata lesson, then dance under the stars to live Latin music in the heart of downtown.

Fort Worth Burger Week Kickoff

Bubba Dub Live

Downtown Arlington Farmers Market
