History and romance will collide this Valentine’s Day as the “largest and most immersive touring Titanic experience” docks at Pepper Square in Dallas.
“Titanic: The Exhibition” will transport visitors back in time aboard the legendary RMS Titanic ocean liner starting February 14, offering a unique date idea for couples eager to explore history, art and cinema all in one.
The Titanic was a luxury steamship that sank on April 15, 1912, off the coast of Newfoundland after sideswiping an iceberg during its maiden voyage. More than 1,500 people died in the disaster.
This exhibition attempts to immerse visitors in the ship’s history through virtual reality experiences and realistically reproduced settings.
The exhibition was last seen at Fair Park in Dallas in 2000. Here’s what to know about this year’s experience.
