A popular North Texas brewery is expanding its brews southward.

Soul Fire Brewing Co. is opening a new location in Cleburne this summer at 6 N. Caddo St. The brewery’s original location in Roanoke has been open since October 2019.

The brewery’s new location will occupy an 8,500-square-foot building in downtown Cleburne, according to Beer in Big D. Along with producing beer, Soul Fire will serve pizza and have an arcade.

Soul Fire was created out of the passion two friends had for brewing, starting in their garage and now with another bricks-and-mortar location on the way. The Roanoke location has over 20 brews on tap, from stouts and sours to IPAs and lagers.

Construction is already underway on the Cleburne location with a mid-summer opening planned, owner James Brown told Beer in Big D.
