Riot Room, Koe Wetzel’s new bar and restaurant, is now open in Fort Worth
Country singer Koe Wetzel’s new Fort Worth venture is sure to be a “riot” now that the doors have opened.
“Koe Wetzel’s Riot Room” hosted a soft opening Thursday at the bar and restaurant located at 1100 Foch St. The venue sits a few blocks from the popular late night offerings of West 7th Street.
Along with brews on tap and bottles, the Riot Room has a full menu of appetizers, salads and burgers. A couple of the entrees include the “Kuntry and Wistern Fried Steak” and “The Chicken Farmer,” a beer can stuffed bird, .
The Riot Room will open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. After 9 p.m., it is only open for those 21-years-old and older.
Word broke out around two months ago that Wetzel was opening a new business in Fort Worth. A building permit had been issued for the business listing minor renovations including a dance floor, booths and garage doors.
Wetzel released his latest album in 2022 titled “Hell Paso”. The “Something to Talk About” singer is in the midst of his nationwide tour “Road to Hell Paso,” stopping first in Tallahassee, Florida, on March 2.
The tour will make a stop in Fort Worth at Dickies Arena on June 9. Tickets are available for the show and start at $39.
