Hey, Dallas Cowboys fans: What’s new at Texas Live! next to AT&T Stadium this season
Football season is kicking off across North Texas, and fans are flocking to AT&T Stadium in Arlington for the Dallas Cowboys.
Just in time for the first game Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Texas Live! has added new game-day experiences for the 2022 football season, and you don’t need AT&T Stadium tickets.
The entertainment center with bars and restaurants is launching Kroger Game Day Live! football viewing parties for the NFL and college football season every weekend at eight venues.

“We’re excited for the return of football season, and we’re proud to once again offer a variety of ticket options and experiences to suit every college- and professional-football fan’s preference and budget,” said Jim Watry, chief operating officer for Texas Live!, in a release.
General entrance tickets to Kroger Game Day Live! viewing parties start at $10 for standing room admission to view 120 HDTV screens, including a 100-foot television screen. Proving everything is bigger in Texas, this is the largest television in Texas outside of AT&T Stadium.

In addition to the new viewing experience, sports fans can enjoy pep rallies at Arlington Backyard on Saturday nights before some Cowboys home games. The 5,000-person venue offers live music from all genres.
A new Texas Live! Tailgate experience includes private areas for up to 30 guests with big-screen viewing, food trucks and food specials.
On stadium event days, Arlington Backyard opens two hours before game time. Parking at Texas Live! is free on non-stadium event days and starting one hour after stadium events begin.
“We’re eager to bring a stadium-quality viewing experience to fans, and we encourage patrons to pre-purchase tickets and skip the line to make the day even more enjoyable,” Watry said.
The 200 million-square-foot Texas Live! dining and entertainment district opened in 2018 adjacent to Globe Life Field, Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium. The $250 million mixed-use district connects to a 302-room Live! by Loews hotel and convention center.
Across the street, a new $550 million hotel is expected to open in early 2024 as part of the second phase of development.
