Former first lady Michelle Obama is coming to Dallas
Want to hear former first lady Michelle Obama speak when she comes to North Texas this March? If so, here’s what you need to know.
On Friday, D Magazine reported that the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas has announced that Michelle Obama will be taking part in this year’s #hearhere speaker series at Winspear Opera House. “A Conversation with Former First Lady Michelle Obama” is scheduled to take place at 7:30 p.m. March 8.
For those hoping to score a ticket to the event, you’ll have to play the waiting game. Ticket sales are currently only open to #hearhere subscribers as an add-on to subscription packages. Single tickets will be available to the public starting Feb. 2.
Obama is just one of several high-profile personalities included in this year’s #hearhere lineup. Other big-name speakers include actor Rob Lowe, actress Rita Moreno, “This American Life” host Ira Glass, actor Bill Murray, and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
