Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun unveils 3 new dining options coming this summer
It’s no secret that one of the best ways to explore a new place is by eating your way through a location’s cuisine. Besides bringing joy to your taste buds and satiating your appetite, enjoying a destination’s food is a great way to discover its culture, people, inspirations, and influences. It can also allow you to explore current food trends, cooking styles, and dining experiences that may not be familiar.
The Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All Inclusive Spa Resort understands just how much food can elevate a vacation experience and is enriching its dining experiences just in time for summer travel. The resort announced that it will be opening three new dining outlets – Tuscany, Torii, and HAVANNA – all of which will represent different cuisines, world regions and flavor profiles.
“Throughout the years, Coral Beach has adapted to exceed the needs of our guests,” said Alberto Gurrola, Managing Director at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All-Inclusive Spa Resort, in a press release. “When the hotel transitioned to a luxury all-inclusive model in 2020, we recognized the need for more dining options. After thorough planning and thoughtful research, we are extremely pleased with the results. We look forward to unveiling a full program of restaurants this summer that will complement our already robust luxury all-inclusive offerings.”
The three new dining concepts join the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun’s 14 other on-site dining outlets that specialize in a variety of cuisines including Mexican, Italian, Mexican Asian, and local specialties. To learn more about what the new restaurants are cooking up, keep reading below.
Tuscany
As its namesake suggests, this venue will specialize in Tuscan cuisine. Menu offerings include homemade Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe, classic antipasti, and a variety of salads. Experimental foodies can also try a variety of risottos, including the Pescatore, which features fresh seafood, white wine, and saffron. Tiramisu and gelato add something sweet to the menu and round out what is sure to be an elegant meal.
Torii
Torii is the perfect location for diners who love Asian cuisine. The restaurant, distinguished by Teppanyaki tables that seat up to 120 guests, offers authentic dishes including sushi, sashimi, and crispy tuna rice. Guests who want an elevated dining experience can opt for the Chef’s Omakase menu, which comes with miso soup, fried rice, and your choice of buttery Wagyu A5 beef, sweet and succulent lobster, or salty sea urchin. Dinner also comes with a show as nightly entertainment features an ancient Japanese drum ceremony and a traditional Chinese lion dance.
HAVANNA
Meat is the focal point of this Argentinian-Mexican steakhouse. A variety of cuts will be available to guests including beef filet, ribeye, Korobuta pork chop, and premium cuts including Kansas City and Porterhouse. Every steak needs a companion and HAVANNA has savory options ranging from roasted asparagus to aged white cheddar mac and cheese. Once you’ve completed your meal, stick around after dark when the sultry restaurant transforms into a nightclub.
