Legendary rap duo, Outkast, gets bobblehead thanks to Atlanta Braves
Baseball cards are no longer the premier way to represent your favorite team. Bobbleheads are all the rage at every baseball stadium. The Atlanta Braves announced their lineup for this season’s giveaway items, and fans were happy to see a so-fresh and so-clean duo added to the list. Atlanta rap duo Outkast has been turned into bobblehead figures available during the Braves upcoming season.
The figure features Andre 3000 in the team’s gray road uniform, while Big Boi sports their 1970s throwback jersey. The iconic rap group’s replicas embody the southern flair of Atlanta as they ride in a red Cadillac.
The Braves previewed the bobbleheads of the “ATLiens” on their Twitter.
The bobbleheads will be given away for free at the Braves’ game on May 25. The keepsake is the perfect way to remind fans of the impact that Outkast has had on Atlanta culture. In anticipation of the home game, here is a playlist of Outkast hits to make that night a home run.
