Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel had a 31.2 passer rating against the Tampa Bay Bucs. For the season, the rookie ranks 31st in passer rating (75.4) and 32nd in completion percentage (57.8). He has eight interceptions, nine touchdowns and a 3-6 record.
