Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys’ tie was a Scorigami. What does that mean?

The Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers played a game Sunday at AT&T Stadium that had never been seen before in the NFL.

The 40-40 tie featured back-and-forth action, including a tying field goal on the last play of overtime to forge the stalemate.

It was also a Scorigami.

The strange-looking term is actually simple: It means it was the first NFL game to finish with that exact final score.

This was the Cowboys’ fifth time being involved in a Scorigami since 2022, according to CBS Sports, and the second Scorigami in the NFL this season, joining the Buffalo Bills’ 41-40 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1.
