What a difference a month makes. On Halloween, Green Bay was 6-0 and preparing for a Nov. 1 match of unbeatens at Denver. The Lions were 1-6 and preparing for the top pick in the NFL draft. But the Packers have since dropped four of five, including rare home losses to Detroit (18-16) and Chicago (17-13 on Thanksgiving), and fallen a game behind the Minnesota Vikings for the NFC North division lead. Meanwhile, the Lions have gone 3-1, including three consecutive wins, and avoided playoff elimination, for now. Since 2013, Detroit has three wins over Green Bay and allowed the Packers a total of 147 yards rushing (49 a game) in those victories. But Green Bay got rolling last week with a season-high 177 yards rushing despite losing.
