Baltimore (3-7) at Cleveland (2-8)

7:30 p.m. Monday, ESPN

Line: Browns by 3 1/2

Rarely has a win felt like such a loss. The Ravens beat the Rams on FG as time expired but lost QB Joe Flacco (knee) and RB Justin Forsett (broken arm) to season-ending injuries. Flacco had never missed a start in 122 games. Browns have dropped five in a row, last four by double digits. QB Josh McCown returns from rib injury as Johnny Manziel’s off-field exploits make headlines again. Browns’ last win was Week 5 at Baltimore. Cleveland hasn’t swept the Ravens since 2007 and only won twice in 15 meetings since that season.
