Browns (0-9) at Ravens (4-4)
7:25 p.m. Thursday, NFL Network
Line: Ravens by 9 1/2
Baltimore ended a four-game skid last week with a 21-14 win against Pittsburgh and moved into a tie atop the AFC North with the Steelers. Baltimore has been dominant defensively, coming into Week 10 with the second-ranked defense, allowing 298.8 yards per game. Cleveland has been out of contention, it seems, since the first snap of the season and any wins at this point would serve to hurt its chances of earning the top pick in next year’s draft. Baltimore rallied from a 20-0 first quarter deficit to win the first matchup of the teams 25-20 in Week 2 in Cleveland.
