DALLAS – Jason Terry is doing it again.
Only this time he’s doing it for another team.
When he used to roam the hardwood for the Dallas Mavericks from 2004-‘12, the always fashionable Terry used to always wear black whenever the Mavs were a game away from winning a series. Now the starting point guard for the Houston Rockets, Terry’s taste for clothes in close-out games hasn’t changed.
The Rockets lead the Mavs 3-0 in a best-of-seven series which resumes Sunday at 8 p.m. at American Airlines Center. As far as Terry’s wardrobe goes, look for him to show up for Game 4 in funeral attire.

"My attire is like my car, black on black,’’ Terry said. "Because at the end of the day when you’re in a close-out situation, the great Mario Elie once told me prepare yourself for a funeral because you can bury them tomorrow.’’
