The outpouring of support for those affected by Hurricane Harvey flowed to Pennington Field in Bedford on Friday night when Euless Trinity hosted Montgomery in high school football.
Trinity cheerleaders walked the stands during the second quarter and collected monetary donations, raising $1,852 for Spring Westfield High School.
Hurst-Euless-Bedford school district athletic director Mike Fielder said that L.D. Bell cheerleaders did the same last week in the game against Coppell and raised nearly $3,000.
