Dallas-Fort Worth schools with the most college football players in 2016

Every year Dallas-Fort Worth produces a lot of college football players, but ever wonder which Texas high school from the Metroplex has the most?

MaxPreps and Lateral Sports came up with the DFW area schools with the most college players during the 2016 season.

The list includes players at the highest level of college football, NCAA Division I, as well as Division II, Division III and NAIA.

Cedar Hill topped the list with 47 players while area schools Arlington Martin 31, Euless Trinity 30, Mansfield Timberview 30 and Southlake Carroll 30 also made the Top-14.

MaxPreps also listed every DFW quarterback playing at the college level, including Mansfield Lake Ridge’s Jett Duffey at Texas Tech; White Settlement Brewer’s Skyler Howard at West Virginia; and Justin Northwest’s Jesse Drummer at Angelo State.
