Arlington Bowie, North Crowley and Mesquite Horn made the most of their chances at the L.D. Bell Last Chance State Qualifier Tournament on Saturday.

Those schools added their names to the list of more than 60 teams that will compete in Division I for the 2016 Adidas Texas 7 on 7 Championships, scheduled July 7-9 in College Station.

This past weekend was the last for state qualifying tournaments. Several area teams had previously qualified, including Arlington Lamar, which extended its record run of earning a berth to 19 consecutive summers.
