Who’s winning the regional round? Can Timberview upset state champ Highland Park

It’s a district rematch between Mansfield Timberview (7-5) and the two-time defending state champion Highland Park (12-0), which is ranked No. 2 in the state for Class 5A. The Scots won 42-7 back in Week 11.

The two teams meet in the 5A Division I regional round, 1 p.m. Saturday at the Ford Center in Frisco.

How they got here: Timberview d. The Colony 35-30, d. Magnolia West 45-28; Highland Park d. Independence 35-14, d. College Station 28-20
