After a season-opening 62-20 loss at No. 5 Baylor, the UT Arlington women’s basketball team will host its next two games in the preseason WNIT consolation bracket, starting with Friday’s matchup against Jacksonville (0-1).
Tip-off at College Park Center is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. following the McNeese State-Dartmouth game at 5 p.m.

UTA coach Krista Gerlich
Jacksonville is a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference and dropped its first-round WNIT matchup last week 74-52 to South Florida. The Dolphins return all five starters from last year’s 12-17 campaign.
