Report: Former Texas A&M wide receiver Christian Kirk arrested for disorderly conduct

Some believed the Christian Kirk would be a first-round pick at the 2018 NFL Draft.

Now, we likely know why the Texas A&M star he fell to the Arizona Cardinals in the second round.

Kirk was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and property damage in Scottsdale, Ari. on Feb. 3. He seen throwing rocks at cars with a friend while attending the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale. This, according to a report from azcentral.com.

Here is what a Cardinals spokesperson told NFL.com: "We were aware of this incident prior to the draft. We spoke with Christian about it at length and also looked into it independently. Our understanding is that the process will be resolved in the near future but while it remains an active legal matter, we won't comment further."

According to that NFL.com report, Kirk's trial is pending.
