In it’s first of four “money” games on Friday, UT Arlington pulled off the biggest win in program history with a 73-68 upset of Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio.

The Mavericks earned $100,000 in Friday’s win, and with Memphis dishing out the same number for Monday’s game, the Mavericks are hoping to make it two in a row.
Led by Kevin Hervey and his 18 points, the Mavericks shook off an early trend of bad second halves by outscoring the Buckeyes 41-34 to put themselves on the national radar. And not only did they beat the Buckeyes, but they also outrebounded the Big Ten power 46-37.
