The question of who will lead TCU’s 2015 defense at linebacker has been answered … for now.

Freshman Mike Freeze (from Graham) is listed on the post-spring depth chart as the No. 1 middle linebacker with junior Sammy Douglas at strong side linebacker.

Alongside returning starter Derrick Kindred at free safety, junior Denzel Johnson is listed as the No. 1 strong safety. Senior Kenny Iloka and redshirt freshman Ridwan Issahaku will carry their position battle into fall practice, both listed as first-team weak safeties.

Sophomore cornerback Torrance Mosley comes out of fall practice as the replacement for Kevin White, opposite returning sophomore starter Ranthony Texada.

Sophomore Chris Bradley steps into the hole at defensive back vacated by the graduation of Chucky Hunter, ahead of junior Tevin Lawson.

On the offensive side of the ball, senior walk-on Bram Kohlhausen is listed as the lone No. 2 quarterback. In the first listing of the redshirt freshman quarterbacks, Fort Worth All Saints’ Foster Sawyer holds an edge over Grayson Muehlstein.

All three running backs who saw playing time last season — Aaron Green, Kyle Hicks and Trevorris Johnson — are first-teamers, followed by redshirt freshman Shawn Nixon who picked up a medical redshirt last season.

Senior Deante’ Gray is listed as the starting H wide receiver, alongside Kolby Listenbee at X, Ty Slanina at Y and Josh Doctson at Z. Despite talk of a move to defensive back, junior Cameron Echols-Luper is listed as second-string Y wide receiver. With the pace of TCU’s offense, wide receiver is a position that sees steady rotation.

Texada and Hicks are the two kick returners coming out of spring ball and Echols-Luper remains on top of punt returning duties again this season. Behind, Echols-Luper is Kindred, followed by Gray and Texada.

Here is the complete post-spring depth chart, which will most likely go through several revisions before TCU opens it’s season at Minnesota, Sept. 3:
