‘TRASH’: Fans rip Ehlinger, Herman after OU gets revenge over Texas in Big 12 title

The Big 12 Championship Game lived up to the hype.

No. 14 Texas and No. 5 Oklahoma put on quite a show at AT&T Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Ultimately, the Sooners prevailed over the Longhorns.

For Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley and Heisman-hopeful Kyler Murray, the victory likely secured a spot in the College Football Playoff.

For Texas coach Tom Herman and quarterback Sam Ehlinger, the loss proves more work is to be done, despite the Longhorns’ seeming return to prominence.
