Sophomore center Kelsey Lang had 19 points and 10 rebounds, and Texas cruised past TCU 79-45 in both teams’ regular-season finale Tuesday night at the Frank Erwin Center.

Junior guard Zahna Medley had 16 points on 6-of-12 shooting to lead the Horned Frogs (17-12, 9-9 Big 12), but TCU shot just 27.6 percent as a team — including 3 of 22 from 3-point range.

Junior guard Veja Hamilton added 12 points and three rebounds for TCU, which had its two-game winning streak snapped.

Texas (20-9, 9-9) got a spark off the bench from sophomore center Imani McGee-Stafford, who had nine points, five rebounds, four blocks and two steals in just 13 minutes.

Sophomore guard Brady Sanders added 12 points for the Longhorns, who have won five of their last six.
