Rain throughout the afternoon has forced Texas Motor Speedway to suspend Saturday night’s Firestone 600 IndyCar Series race. The race was rescheduled for 1:15 p.m. Sunday. The race will air on NBC Sports Network. Jet dryers worked throughout Saturday evening to dry the track, but areas continued to weep water onto the racing surface. The race had been scheduled for a 7:45 p.m. start.
