Keep the lottery

Like anything, the lottery should be played with prudence and moderation.

I sometimes play the lottery. I usually only play a dollar ticket on a Mega-Millions or two bucks on a Powerball ticket.

I know the odds are outrageously against winning; yet it is cheaper than playing BINGO. And it’s a way to spend my loose change.

I just hope the politicians don’t divert lottery proceeds.
