The weather in North Texas will be warm and sunny this weekend ahead of possible rain next week.

Saturday’s highs are in the low 70s, and it’ll warm up to upper 70s for Super Bowl Sunday and Monday.

An upper-level disturbance will bring rain chances on Tuesday. As of Saturday, Fort Worth has a 30% chance of rain after noon on Tuesday and into Tuesday night. The National Weather Service in Fort Worth doesn’t expect significant rain amounts, unfortunately, as much of North Texas is abnormally dry.

The weather service says another system will approach the region late in the week with “increasing rain chances into the following weekend.”
