Baylor fraternity president accused of raping student

The president of the Baylor chapter of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity was arrested Thursday on a charge of sexual assault.

Jacob Anderson is accused of forcing himself on the woman outside a fraternity party at a house in the 2600 block of South Third Street on Feb. 21 at about 3 a.m..

According to Waco Police Sgt. Patrick Swanton, the victim said she was given a drink at the party and later felt disoriented. Anderson then allegedly took her to the backyard of the house, where no one was around, and sexually assaulted her. More at WFAA.com.
