Texas has another new millionaire courtesy of the state Lottery.

This one is a Rowlett resident who cashed in a $100 Million Texas Riches lottery ticket and claimed the top $1 million prize.

Not much more is known, since the winner chose to remain anonymous, which is allowed under a new state law.

What is known is that the ticket was bought at La Victoria Camicera Inc., 2335 E. Interstate-30 in Rockwell. And now that store is eligible for a $10,000 bonus, according to a press release from the Texas Lottery.

And this was the fourth of ten $1 million prizes claimed in this scratch-off game.

The odds of winning any prize in this game, which costs $20 per ticket, is 3:35.

This was the latest of more than a half dozen big lottery wins this year by North Texans.

It's not that you're not lucky, just that you haven't been lucky... yet. Take a trip down memory lane and watch the Texas Lottery's very first drawing on November 14, 1992.
