Early voting begins today for Texans: where to vote | Fort Worth Star-Telegram

All right, Texans.

Now it’s your turn to weigh in on the race for the White House — and countless other races on the Nov. 8 ballot.

Early voting kicked off at 8 a.m. today and runs through Nov. 4.

And it was a busy morning at some sites.

Lines of dozens of voters had already formed, just waiting for the doors to open at busy polling sites such as the Griffin Subcourthouse and the Southside Community Center this morning.

Keep in mind that hours vary through the early voting period.

Early votes may be cast in person for the Nov. 8 general and special election from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday; and 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 31-Nov. 4.

Here’s where Tarrant County voters may cast early ballots in person, according to the Tarrant County election officials.

Tarrant County Elections Center, 2700 Premier St., Fort Worth. This is the main early voting site. Emergency and limited ballots are available there.
