Former Vice President Joe Biden to rally in North Texas Monday, on eve of Super Tuesday
Former Vice President Joe Biden will hold a rally Monday night in Dallas.
The rally, on the eve of Super Tuesday, will be at Gilley’s nightclub, 1135 S. Lamar St., Dallas.
He plans to “lay out his vision for America and get out the vote in Super Tuesday states,” a release stated.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. The “community event” is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
Anyone who wants to attend is asked to RSVP online at www.mobilize.us/joebiden/event/253215.
The Democratic presidential hopeful is among a handful of candidates making last minute appeals to Texas voters. He’s scheduled to speak earlier in the day at a community event in Houston.
He last publicly spoke in Tarrant County in January when he addressed the National Baptist Convention Mid-Winter Board Meeting in Arlington.
Tuesday is Election Day. Polls will be open across the state from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
