The Fort Worth Fire Department pulled a man’s body from Lake Worth on Monday afternoon.

A person on a nearby boat called officials after seeing the body in the water. He was pulled out at around 12:30 p.m. under Interstate 820, the fire department said.

The man was identified by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office as Jerry Pack, 64, of Fort Worth. The cause of death was listed as suicide.

Pack was identified by fingerprints, according to Carol Walker, spokeswoman for the medical examiner’s office. She said no further information about Pack’s death can yet be released until testing has been completed.
