Desrick Johnson, a resident of the Morningside neighborhood in south Fort Worth, harbored a girl under the age of 18 and encouraged her to prostitute herself, according to court records and police spokesman Tracy Carter.
Carter said the victim was in her teens and is an American citizen. She was encouraged to engage in prostitution in early April, according to court documents.
The incident cited happened in south Fort Worth, Carter said.
