A man's lifeless body was discovered Wednesday morning near the wall of a Fort Worth highway service road, police said.

The victim was a Hispanic man in his 30s, according to police. His name has not been released by authorities.

Police got a report shortly before 6:30 a.m. of a body near the wall in the 3100 block of the South Freeway (Interstate 35W).

They found the body near the southbound lanes of the service road, but had not determined if he fell, was pushed or jumped. His belongings were found on top of the wall, police said.

Homicide detectives were notified.
