Man injured last month in Fort Worth wreck has died

A 44-year-old Fort Worth man hospitalized last month after losing control of his SUV and striking a parked car has died.

Malron Clark was pronounced dead at 11:13 a.m. Friday at John Peter Smith Hospital, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Clark was driving a Ford sport utility vehicle north in the 7000 block of Sheridan Road about 12:46 a.m. on Oct. 20th when he lost control of SUV and struck a car parked in a driveway, according to Officer Natosha Tucker, a Fort Worth police spokeswoman.

The SUV flipped onto its roof, coming to a rest in the front yard of a house in the 100 block of Afton Road, Tucker said.

Responding officers found Malron lying partially outside the SUV, according to a Fort Worth police report.

Investigators believe speed was a contributing factor in the wreck, Tucker said.
