Fort Worth police are trying to find a man who allegedly demanded money from a bank, but when the teller refused, he ran away.
The suspect went into the InterBank, 4225 Camp Bowie Blvd., about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday and handed the teller a note that included the word “gun,” according to a news release from the Fort Worth Police Department. The man then said, “Give me the money,” but the teller refused.
The man ran away without any money, according to police.
The man is described as about 6 feet tall, 200-215 pounds with dark hair and short facial hair. At the time, he was wearing khaki pants, a Texas Rangers hoodie and sunglasses. Police included a surveillance photo of the suspect.
