“The project is part of the City of Weatherford’s commitment to continual improvements to the water and wastewater systems,” said Director of Water Utilities Rick Shaffer.
During construction, the contractor plans to close one or two blocks of the street at a time to through traffic, and detour signs will be posted to assist with traffic movement through the area. All residences and property owners will have access to their property at all times. It is advised that the public seek an alternate route within these areas or expect delays.
