The classes will include lessons on exploring thoughts and concerns of falling and there will be information on ways to increase strength and balance through exercise. The series will also help individuals identify ways to reduce the risk of falls and help older adults protect themselves and recover if they do fall.
There is a limited number of participants allowed for each class. For more information or to register for “A Matter of Balance” class in September, call the Parker County Extension Office at 817-598-6168.
