This Labor Day, Indra’s Grace Yoga & Meditation Studio will open its studios doors for free to participate in it’s 7th Annual Free Day of Yoga. From 8am until noon anyone can come in for a free class with teachers to learn more about the health benefits of yoga. Studios all across the nation offer free classes in September as a part of National Yoga Awareness Month! It is a way to welcome people of every age and every fitness level to try yoga for the first time, experience a new style of yoga or share yoga with family and friends.
Indra’s Grace: A Yoga & Meditation Studio is located right in the heart of Weatherford just off the square at Houston and Church Street. Classes will be at 8 am, 9:25am, and 10:45am to help raise awareness of all the wonderful physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. All ages and all levels welcome.
Yoga when practiced regularly becomes an excellent form of preventative health. Simple movements from head to toe help strengthen, stretch, and tone the entire neuromusculoskeletal system. Breath work reduces stress levels and boosts the immune system.
Yoga has many benefits to offer for beginners as well as for those who have practiced for years. It’s been around for centuries but is as relevant today as ever.
