Theatre Off The Square in Weatherford proudly presents the next production of 2016 and their 17th Season of Shows.

Wait Until Dark is written by Frederick Knott and produced by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc. The mystery/drama is directed by Marilyn Sanderson, with Edwina Himes and Roberta Furman as Assistant Directors and Naomi Henley as Stage Manager. The show dates are Oct. 14 - 30.

Do not let the quaint apartment of Susan and Sam Hendrix fool you; hidden within is a score for which thieves and con-men would kill. Employing deception and disguise, two newly acquainted crooks become all the more desperate and depraved, but must wait until dark to play out this classic thriller’s chilling conclusion. A Broadway hit, this masterfully constructed thriller moves from one moment of suspense to another.

Members of the cast are Dan Parris as Mike Talman; Nikolai Braswell as Sgt. Carlino; Ray Shannon as Harry Roat, Jr.; Kesiah Jung Morris as Susy Hendrix; Andy Morris as Sam Hendrix; Lilly Hamilton as Gloria; and Megan Hamilton and Garrett Tucker as Police Officers.

Attend an afternoon or evening of entertainment beginning Friday, October 14, running weekends through Sun., Oct. 30. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8 pm and Sunday at 2 pm. Theatre Off The Square, the only live theatre in Parker County, is located at 114 North Denton Street, Weatherford.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for seniors (60+)/students/children under school age. Matinee tickets are $12 for all ages and no other discounts apply. You can choose your seats and purchase your tickets to any performance online by visiting the website The theatre Box Office is open from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Thursday evenings to purchase tickets and to reserve seats. Groups of 10 or more may reserve seating with prepaid admission of $13 per person on Fridays and Saturdays and $11 per person on Sundays. Additionally, all tickets are $15 at the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce, with reserved seating recommended by calling 817-341-8687.
