An ultralight aircraft crashed in the Brazos River in the Horseshoe Bend neighborhood on Thursday morning, authorities said.
No one was injured and there were no damages, according to DPS officials in Mineral Wells. The small aircraft only carried a pilot when it went into the river in the 100 block of Chavez Trail, authorities said.
A DPS trooper went to the scene, and the Parker County sheriff’s office and emergency crews from the Parker County fire marshal’s office assisted. The sheriff’s office received a call about the crash at 9:39 a.m.
