Southlake seeks residents’ opinions

The city of Southlake is seeking residents’ input with a satisfaction survey.

The every-other-year Citizen Satisfaction Survey seeks input “about everything from quality of life and neighborhood safety, to the city website and communication outreach,” according to a city news release.

City Council and staff also will use the results to look at the effectiveness and value of city services, such as trash and recycling collection and code enforcement.

Southlake used an independent firm, Decision Analyst, to create the survey questions.
