Christina Moore-Salinas of Grapevine will co-chair the 29th Annual National Philanthropy Day Luncheon set for Friday.
The “Imagine, Dream, Grow” event brings together area nonprofits, volunteers, foundations and business and community members to honor people who give their time and talent to support worthy causes.
Moore-Salinas, vice-president of development for Literacy Instruction for Texas (LIFT), is co-chairing the luncheon along with Sarah Elliott.
It will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, Landmark Ballroom. The awards luncheon will be emceed by long-time supporter Scott Murray.

The luncheon is hosted by The Greater Dallas Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals, with presenting sponsor KERA. The event will honor recipients in six categories.
Moore-Salinas has more than a decade of experience working in the Dallas nonprofit sector. She enjoys honing her fundraising skills on everything from annual to major gifts to capital campaigns and special events.
