Here is another way to help out this amazing organization, plus have fun at the same time.
This year Trophy Club Country Club has designated local charity, Metroport Meals on Wheels, along with national organizations Augie’s Quest to fight ALS and the Employee Partner Care Foundation, which assists ClubCorp employees with financial assistance in times of crisis, as its recipients of its Annual Charity Classic proceeds.
This annual golf tournament, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7 at Trophy Club Country Club. located at 500 Trophy Club Drive in Trophy Club, is a great opportunity to play either of the club’s two incredible golf courses whether or not you are a member. Anyone can play.
For $75 per player, you will receive breakfast, golf, lunch plus (and this is the amazing part) a certificate that gets you a free round of golf at every ClubCorp property across Texas (golf cart fees are not included). Additionally, there will be a $50 Super Ticket that allows you to participate in the contests such as hole-in-one, closest to the pin, long drive and such.
Can’t make the tournament? That problem is also solved. Just make a donations for $75 and you can still receive that certificate that offers the free round of golf at every ClubCorp property across Texas (golf cart fees are not included).
Do you not golf? Or even if you do, you will want to take advantage of this event.
The night before, Nov. 6, the club is hosting a Gala Dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. for $95 per person, with proceeds going to the charities as well. The price includes a four-course dinner, complimentary wine and beer and live entertainment where guests can kick up their heels on the dance floor.
I have also heard that there will be a live and silent auction with one of the items being a dinner for 10 prepared in your home by the club’s chef, Otis Baker.
Just by attending this dinner, you are a winner. Each attendee will leave with a buy one, get one free dinner at all of the ClubCorp Sports and Business Clubs across Texas.
Grab your friends and call Trophy Club Country Club at 817-837-1900 to make your reservation for both the tournament and the Gala Dinner.
