Nominees may attend any school — public, private or home schooled — and must either reside in Bedford, Colleyville, Euless, Grapevine, Haltom City, Hurst, Keller, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Southlake, or Wautaga or attend BISD, CISD, GCISD, HEB ISD or KISD.
